MOON TENDING — PRIVACY POLICY Effective May 30, 2026

WHO WE ARE Moon Tending (the "app") is operated by Popcorn and Hugs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

INFORMATION THE APP HANDLES Moon Tending is designed to keep your information on your device. We do not operate accounts and do not maintain a profile of you.

Location: If you grant permission, the app uses your approximate location to calculate accurate moonrise and moonset times and to localize lunar data. Your location is processed on your device and is not sent to or stored on our servers. We use Apple's on-device services to turn coordinates into a place name.

Preferences & settings: Choices such as time zone, hemisphere, and display options are stored locally on your device.

Purchases: If you buy a Premium subscription or the Lifetime upgrade, the purchase is processed by Apple and managed through our payments provider, RevenueCat, to verify your entitlement. We do not receive your full payment card details.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or browsing activity. We do not use third-party advertising or sell your information.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Apple: Handles App Store purchases, subscriptions, and on-device location/geocoding services.

RevenueCat: Helps us verify and manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes a non-identifying purchase identifier. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION Settings and location data live on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Because we don't hold an account profile, there is generally nothing for us to delete on our side. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained as required for billing and support.

CHILDREN Moon Tending is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

INTERNATIONAL USERS Our service providers may process limited data (such as purchase identifiers) in the United States and other countries. By using the app, you understand that this information may be processed outside your home country.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
