MOON TENDING — TERMS OF USE Effective May 30, 2026

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms of Use govern your use of the Moon Tending app, operated by Popcorn and Hugs LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

LICENSE We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Moon Tending for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES Moon Tending offers an optional Premium subscription (billed monthly at $2.99 or yearly at $19.99) and a one-time Lifetime purchase ($49.99). Prices may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

ACCURACY DISCLAIMER Moon Tending provides lunar phase information, gardening guidance, and moonrise/moonset estimates for general informational purposes. Calculations are approximations and gardening practices are based on tradition and may not produce specific results. The app is not a substitute for professional horticultural advice. Use your own judgment when caring for your garden.

ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app; use the app in any unlawful manner; or interfere with or attempt to disrupt the app's intended operation.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the app or its features.

TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popcorn and Hugs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
